Set within its own courtyard on the south side of Knightsbridge, the building is refreshed with modern building services and the latest air source heat pump technology, replacing the water-cooled chillers and gas boilers. The standby plant is replaced, the main switchgear modernised, and planting added at roof terrace level. The project targets BREEAM Excellent.
